These assessments act as a benchmark to gauge the quality of our services, and our certification demonstrates that we consistently provide a service that meets our customer’s needs, as well as all regulatory requirements.
International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015
– Every company should have this one – but the 2015 version is the latest version
a) Confirmation of our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
b) Confirmation that we enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
International Quality Standard ISO 17100:2015
– Specifically for Translation Services
a) Confirmation that we meet the required high standards in our core processes, resources, and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service that meets applicable specifications.
b) Confirmed that our systems and processes are set up correctly in order to meet our customers specifications

The Chartered Institute of Linguists serves the interests of professional linguists throughout the world and acts as a respected and recognised language assessment and awarding organisation, delivering Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulator) accredited qualifications.
